Any adjustments to the invoice will be made after releasing the final study path for the next term.
  3. In the event that a student does not submit a valid withdrawal/ deferral request within the applicable time frame, the student will be considered as re-enrolled for the next term and tuition fees will be based on a 30 or 40 Credit Point enrolment where applicable.
  4. In the event a student wishes to withdraw or defer from the next term without financial liability, the student must complete and submit a withdrawal/deferral form no later than the first day (Monday) of Week 11 of the current term.
  5. In the event the student withdraws/defers after the Monday of Week 11 deadline, 50% of the tuition fees, based on the Final Study Path, will apply. This financial liability will apply up to Week 2 (Friday 3.00 PM GST) of the next term.
